Last Thursday, I attended the annual Turkey Fry at Saint Mary’s University. While I was there easting turkey to my heart’s content in Pecan Grove, I was also able to listen to live music. The admission, collected by the Young alumni of San Antonio, was a new toy and five canned goods.
These donations benefitted The Miracle on 36th street, and the local community. Over five large boxes of donations were collected by the end of the night and everyone I talked to enjoyed themselves immensely.
